Return of the names of the visiting justices, and, in each case, by whose orders the corporal punishment has been inflicted in the Manchester City Gaol for the last three years, as specified in the return presented to the House on the 11th day of June last (Parliamentary Paper, no. 373); the dates of each warrant or order; and the names of the justices, surgeons, and other persons present when the punishment was inflicted.
