Population of towns. Returns of the names of the towns in England, not being parliamentary boroughs, which had a population of 6,000 or upwards according to the census of 1861, with the population of each, and the counties in which they are situated, and distinguishing those towns which it is proposed to unite to parliamentary boroughs by the representation of the People Bill now before Parliament; and, the same information respecting the towns in Scotland which had a population of 6,000 or upwards by the census of 1861; &c.
