Seamen's savings banks, and seamen's money orders. Account of all deposits received and repaid by the Board of Trade, under the Authority of the Seamen's Saving's Bank Act, 1856, during the year ended 20th November 1867, and of the interest thereon; together with a copy of all regulations made by that board under the authority of that act during the above-mentioned period: also, statement showing the number and amount of seamen's money orders issued at ports in the United Kingdom and at continental ports, and paid at ports in the United Kingdom, from 1855 to 1867 inclusive.
