Return of the payments made to witnesses summoned by select committees of the House of Commons, in the years 1864, 1865, and 1866; stating the name of witness, whence summoned, the number of days the witness was absent from home under orders of committee, the expenses of journey to London and back, allowance during absence from home, and the total expenses allowed to the witness.
