Tithe commutation. Return of all land and money payments assigned in lieu of tithes under Inclosure Acts, the awards of which are enrolled with the registrars of the East, North, and West Ridings of the county of York, and are in the custody of the Deputy Keeper of the Public Records; stating the number of acres and amount of money given in lieu of tithes, &c. (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, no. 145, of session 1865).
