Dwelling houses, &c. (Scotland). Return of the number of dwelling-houses and other heritages in each parish or combination of parishes in Scotland, in each year from 1857 to 1861 inclusive, the annual value of which does not exceed four pounds, and the occupants of which have been assessed for the poor in each of the above years; and, of the number of occupants of such dwelling-houses or heritages who, in each of the above years, have been wholly exempted from payment of assessment; &c.
