Sugar. Return of all sugar, refined and unrefined, delivered for home consumption in each of the last five years from the principal ports and bonded warehouses of the United Kingdom, distinguishing the quantities delivered at each rate of duty; of the revenue derived from each class of duty; and, of the export of re-made sugar, called pieces or bastards, the rates of drawback allowed, and the total amount of drawback paid during the above period.
