Newcastle-upon-Tyne Trinity House. Return showing the total amount of money levied or received by the Trinity House Corporation of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the act 41 Geo. 3. cap. 86, for lighterage, buoyage, and pilotage, or under any other act, or by charter or otherwise, in each year from the year 1817 to 1861 inclusive, and specifying the sums received under each head during each of those years, and distinguishing, under separate and distinct heads, the expenditure, during each of those years, upon lights, buoys, and beacons, and also upon charities, salaries, and all other purposes whatever: copies of any recent memorials or representations to the Board of Trade, having reference to the pilotage jurisdiction of the said Trinity House: and of any recent important memorials or representations having reference to compulsory pilotage, or to restrictions on pilotage services, or the present system of pilotage rates, or the mode of enforcing payment thereof; together with the answers, if any, to such memorials or representations, or a short statement of the action, if any, taken thereupon.
