Detailed account of the receipt and expenditure for army and militia services for the year ended the 31st day of March 1862; showing a comparison of the expenditure with the grants under each of the general heads stated in the Appropriation Act, as well as with the estimates, under the subordinate heads into which the votes are divided in the books of the War Department; together with a balance sheet showing the ledger balances at the date when such account was finally closed.
