Returns from the clerks of the respective unions, from the chaplain's report book, showing how many different chaplains have held office in each workhouse during ten years ending at Lady-Day 1861, and the length of their respective terms of office; the duties required of the chaplain; and the several services and attendances they have performed and made during each week and year; also, the names of the said chaplains, and the annual salary of those officers.
