Public buildings (South Kensington). Copies of instructions issued by the Office of Works, in pursuance of which certain competing architects have prepared plans and designs for public buildings proposed to be erected on land recently purchased by the government, and used in 1862 for the International Exhibition at South Kensington; and, of instructions to the committee of judges nominated to award the premiums.
