Maden v. Catanach, &c. Copy of an affidavit made by Joseph White before Mr. John Hardman (a commissioner for taking affidavits in the Court of Queen's Bench), at Rochdale, on the 21st January 1861, to support a motion for a new trial in a suit brought by Samuel Maden and Sarah Anne his wife against Alexander Catanach; and, of an affidavit by Anne Whiteley and Rowland Arthur, made on the 21st January 1861, with reference to the same suit.
