Return showing, with respect to each of the counties and divisions of counties in England and Wales, the total number of electors on the register now in force, distinguishing those entitled to vote as Đ. 12 occupiers from those entitled to vote in respect of all other qualifications; the total number of male occupiers (exclusive of those who are owners) at a gross estimated rental of Đ.14 and under Đ60 in 1866; and the number of electors who polled at the last general election in counties and divisions of counties in England and Wales.
