Spirits. Return of the number of gallons of British, foreign, and colonial spirits respectively consumed in Scotland in the year ending 31 December 1869, &c.; like return for England and Ireland respectively; return of the number of houses licensed for the sale of intoxicating drinks for the year 1869, in Scotland, in each excise collection and district; and, return of the total number of licenses granted by the excise for the sale of beer in Scotland, under the "act for granting to Her Majesty certain duties of excise and stamps," in each year since said act came into operation.
