Ecclesiastical Commission. Return of all the cases in which grants were voted by the commissioners in 1862, to meet benefactions; and of the cases in which offers of benefactions made under the commissioners' augmentation regulations were adjudicated on by the board in the same year, but in which grants were not voted to meet such offers; also, a return of all cases in which grants were voted by the commissioners in 1861 and 1862 unconditionally, whether on the ground of local claim or otherwise.
