Savings banks. Copies of warrants issued by the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury under the authority of the 2d section of the act 26 Vict. c 25, for the cancelling of capital stocks of annuities standing in the books of the Governor and company of the Bank of England to the credit of the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt, for savings banks; and for inscribing a terminable annuity in the books of the Bank of England and of the Exchequer.
