Army (lieutenant colonels). Nominal return of all lieutenant colonels and majors of cavalry regiments who have been placed on half pay in consequence of the return of their regiments from India, and of all who have exchanged to half pay for private reasons, since 1852; similar return as to all lieutenant colonels and majors of cavalry who have been appointed from half pay or from other regiments to full pay of cavalry, by selection or by exchange, as well as those who have been appointed to any other full pay appointment; &c.
