Returns, by the registrars of the county courts held at Stockton and Stokesley respectively, of the number of plaints entered in each of those courts during the year 1859 by persons resident in each of the townships comprised in the districts of such courts, specifying the gross amount claimed by the plaints from each township, and also in gross of plaints entered by persons not so resident; &c.
