Bankruptcy. Returns from the several messengers of the Court of Bankruptcy and the district Courts of Bankruptcy, of the total amount of charges and fees received by them from 11 October to 31 December 1857, and for the years 1858 and 1859; and the total amount paid thereout for expenses for the same periods; also, of the number of meetings held before each commissioner during the years 1856, 1857, 1858, and 1859, under the arrangement clauses of the Bankrupt Law Consolidation Act, 1849, the Joint Stock Companies Winding-up Acts, and the act 7 & 8 Vict. c. 70.
