Poor rate assessments, &c. Return showing the number of persons rated to the poor at Đ10 and upwards in each county or parliamentary division of a county in England and Wales for the last year in which the same can be made up; the number of electors registered in 1859; and the number of houses assessed to the inhabited house tax, &c.:--and, like return for each city and parliamentary borough for the same periods, but rated to the poor at Đ6 a year and upwards.
