Railways. A return of the number and description of persons employed on each of the railways in England and Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, respectively, on 30th June 1859, which were at that date open for traffic, and the length of such railways; and, similar return for each line and branch line of railway which has been authorized, but which was not open for traffic on 30th June 1859--(in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, no. 459, of session 1858).
