Spirits. Return of the number of gallons of British, foreign, and colonial spirits, respectively, distinguishing the same, consumed in Scotland, for the ten years ending on or about the 31st day of December 1858, after giving effect to the quantities sent, duty paid, from one part of the United Kingdom to other parts; and also giving effect to the quantities methylated and exported on drawback, according to the mode of enumeration adopted in the third report of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, &c.:--and, like return for the same period for England.
