Return of the average amount during the last five years of military forces in each colony at the expense of the British Exchequer, including in the case of the Cape the German settlers on full pay, and the entire expenditure on their account since their arrival in that colony; and, similar return of the average of military forces of all kinds maintained in each colony at the expense of its own Exchequer; &c.
