Deserted children (Ireland). Copy of the application of the chaplain of Urlingford Workhouse, in the year 1854, for two deserted or foundling children therein; namely, John and Richard Fatunati, and the reply or resolution of the Board of Guardians thereto; of all subsequent letters that passed between the Poor Law Commissioners and the said board relative to those children; of opinions of the then Attorney-General and Solicitor-General on the case; and of the judgment of the Court of Queen's Bench on the mandamus issued against the said Board of Guardians; &c.
