Copy of orders or regulations which have been issued or made by the Board of Admiralty on the subject of the anchors furnished for the use of Her Majesty's ships since the year 1851; also, returns of the number of Trotman's anchors which have been supplied to Her Majesty's ships since that year; and, of the number of Trotman's anchors and anchors upon the old construction now in store in Her Majesty's dockyards.
