Oxford and Cambridge Universities, &c. estates. A bill to give to the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and the colleges in those universities, and to the colleges of St. Mary of Winchester near Winchester, and of King Henry the Sixth at Eton, power to sell, enfranchise, and exchange lands, under certain conditions, and also to grant leases for agricultural, building, and mining purposes, and to deal with the interests of their lessees under proper reservations and restrictions.
