Abstract of return from the several police offices in London and Liverpool respectively, showing the number of complaints made by seamen for the recovery of wages, and the number heard before the magistrates presiding at the said police offices, during the year 1852: the number of such complaints decided in favour or against such claimants, with the amount of wages recovered.
