Judgments execution, &c. A bill [as amended by the Select Committee, and in committee] to enable execution to issue in any part of the United Kingdom, under a judgment obtained in any court in England, Scotland, or Ireland, and to amend the law as to service of process in the United Kingdom. Proposed new title: a bill to enforce in any part of the United Kingdom decrees and orders of the High Court of Chancery of England and Ireland, and of the Commissioners for Sale of Encumbered Estates in Ireland, and decreets of the Court of Session in Scotland, and to allow execution to issue in any part of the United Kingdom under judgments or decreets obtained in certain courts of record in England, Scotland, or Ireland.
