Brighton municipal charter. Report made by W. Forsyth, Esq., to Her Majesty in council, in November 1852, on the subject of a petition of the inhabitant householders of the town of Brighton, praying for a municipal charter; also, orders in council approving the report of the Committee of Privy Council on the dismissal of the petition; and giving notice of the time when the said petition would be taken into consideration.
