Copies of two ordinances as enacted by the Governor of the Cape of Good Hope, with the advice and consent of the legislative council thereof, and amended and confirmed by Her Majesty in council. The first,--constituting a Parliament for the said colony; the second,--regulating in certain respects the appropriation of the revenue thereof by the said Parliament. (In continuation of the papers presented to Parliament by Her Majesty's command May 31, 1853.).
