Ceylon Commission.--Ceylon Committee. An account of the expenses, stated under separate heads, incurred on the commission appointed to inquire, in Ceylon, into the alleged forgery of documents, purporting to have been those signed by Captain Watson, of the Ceylon rifles. A return, showing the total expenses of the Ceylon Committee, specifying separately the principal heads of expenditure, and the amount of each, including the expense of the royal commission for inquiry into the conduct of Captain Watson before the committee.
