A bill for redeeming or commuting the annuity payable to the South Sea Company, and certain annuities of three pounds per centum per annum, and for creating new annuities of three pounds ten shillings per centum per annum, and two pounds ten shillings per centum per annum, and issuing exchequer bonds for the purposes of such redemption or commutation.
