Holyhead and Kingstown mails. Returns of the names of the steam vessels actually employed in carrying the mails between Holyhead and Kingstown since the commencement of the present contract with the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company, with the number of trips made by each vessel, and the average length of the passages made by each, going and returning;--and, of the average length of the passages made by Her Majesty's packets "Caradoc," "Llewelyn," "St. Columba," and "Banshee," during the period they were on the Holyhead station.
