Small debt courts. Abstract of return from every court established throughout England and Wales, under the act 9 & 10 Vict. c. 95, for the year 1849; of the number of plaints entered; causes tried; total number of days each court has sat; amount of monies for which plaints were entered; amount, exclusive of costs, for which judgment has been obtained, also amount of such costs; amount paid into court without proceeding to judgment; gross total amount received in each court, distinguishing fees of officers; amount received on account of the general fund in each court, with the disbursements thereout; number of causes tried with the assistance of a jury; number of executions issued, and number of commitments; and, account of the sums received and paid by the treasurer of each county court, and of the sums paid over to Her Majesty's Treasury.
