Land Improvement (Ireland) Act. Return to an order of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 19 June 1848;--for, copies "of all correspondence which may have passed between the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, or the Board of Works in Ireland, and individuals concerned, or parties acting for individuals concerned, in relation to the due expenditure of the advances under the Land Improvement Act (Ireland), 10 Vict., c. 32, and in particular having reference to the 29th section of the said act, which provides that all labour shall be paid in the current coin of the realm, and not otherwise:"--and also, "returns of all advances applied for, and of all advances made under the above act; showing the total applied for and the total granted in respect of each county in Ireland."
