Municipal corporations. (No. 2.) A bill [as amended by the committee] to provide for the appointment of trustees of charitable estates appertaining to certain boroughs in England and Wales, and to extend the provisions of an act of the first year of Her Present Majesty for amending an act for the regulation of municipal corporations in England and Wales; and to repeal certain provisions of the said act for the regulation of municipal corporations, and to substitute other provisions in lieu thereof.
