Vol. 2 and v. 3 [pt. l] were originally designed as an appendix and first appeared after the publication of the 4th ed. of v. 1 as separate volumes with special title pages. Vol. [3, pt. 2], "A continuation of a voyage to New Holland," first appeared with the 2d ed. of v. 3, 1709. A collected issue of these volumes, with additions, was published by J. Knapton in 1729 with title: A collection of voyages : in four volumes.
Vol. 2 has title: Voyages and descriptions. : Vol. II. In three parts, viz. 1. A supplement of the voyages round the world ... 2. Two voyages to Campeachy ... 3. A discourse of trade-winds, breezes, storms, seasons of the year, tides and currents of the torrid zone throughout the world : with an account of Natal in Africk, its product, Negro's &c ... London, 1699.
Vol. 3 has title: A voyage to New Holland, &c. in the year 1699. : Wherein are described the Canary-Islands, the isles of Mayo and St. Jago ... London, 1703.
