Slave emancipation: Crown slaves. Return to an address to His Majesty, dated 18 August 1831;--for, copies of the several orders sent to the colonies for emancipating the slaves belonging to the Crown, and of any report (subsequent to that already presented to the House) made to His Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies, from the Governors of the colonies, in relation to that measure, and any directions as to the means by which the slaves emancipated are to be maintained.
