Sinking Fund. An account of the amount advertised by the Commissioners for the Management of the Sinking Fund, to be applied for the discharge of debt in each quarter since the 10th October 1831, as directed by the act 10 Geo. 4; also, an account of the actual surplus or deficiency of revenue for the years ending with each preceding quarter, and the amount really applied in each to the discharge of the public debt; distinguishing the amount applied to purchase funded and unfunded debt and annuities.
