Mauritius slave registration. A copy of any correspondence which may have taken place between His Majesty's Secretary of State and the Governor of the Mauritius, respecting the slave registry of that island, since 1st Januaay 1826; and the causes which have led to the failure of that part of the Registry Act of 30 January 1826, which requires that regular triennial returns of its population be made to the Secretary of State.
