X. Parliamentary representation. Return to an address to His Majesty, dated 24 January 1832;--for, statement of the authorities on which the limits stated in the reports and plans of the commissioners have been assigned to the several boroughs so reported on, as their ancient limits; specifying whether such limits are merely limits of magisterial jurisdiction, or whether the exercise of the elective franchise is connected with residence or property within such limits; whether such limits are defined by charter or otherwise, or have been ascertained by perambulation, and the date of the last perambulation; and whether any material difference of opinion existed as to the accuracy of the limits so assigned.
