Accounts of the sums paid by the excise in each kingdom for saccharometers and repairing saccharometers, to whom, and if more than one, the sum to each, and at what rate to each, both for new ones, and for repairing, in each year from 5th July 1823; and the same account for sums paid for hydrometers. A similar account of sums paid by the customs for hydrometers.
