College lands (Ireland.) A bill to enable tenants holding under the Provost and fellows of Trinity College, Dublin, and the trustees of Sir Erasmus Smith's schools, and Sir Patrick Dunne's hospital, to acquire estates in fee or for terms of nine hundred and ninety-nine years on certain conditions, subject to perpetual rents, and to enable the said provost and fellows and trustees to create such estates.
