New South Wales: Joseph Sudds. A return of all the letters addressed by the Right Hon. the Secretary of State for the Colonies, in reply to Governor Darling's despatches, relative to the punishment and death of private Joseph Sudds, late of His Majesty's 57th regiment, dated 4th & 12th December 1826, and 20th April and 28th May 1829;--also, for the portions of Mr. Wentworth's letter of impeachment which have been omitted in the returns laid upon the table of the House on 1st July 1830.
