Spirits. A return of the quantity of malt spirits, stated in imperial measure at proof, distilled north of what was formerly the Highland line in Scotland, upon which malt drawback, under 4 Geo. IV. c. 94, and 6 Geo. IV. c. 58, was paid, and the amount thereof in each year, from 10 October 1823 to 10 October 1830, and from 10 October 1830 to 5 July 1831.--Similar returns for the Lowlands of Scotland.
