Ways and means, and supplies. (Monies in the Exchequer.) An account of the total amount of money which, on the 5th January 1832, was in the Exchequer, or remained to be received on account of ways and means; also, of the several sums of money which would probably remain to be defrayed on account of the supplies of the undermentioned years respectively; and, the surplus of the ways and means at the disposition of Parliament.
