4 Will. IV.--Sess. 1833. A bill to enable procurators or solicitors before the inferior courts in Scotland, or the partners of any such persons, who shall hereafter be chosen chief magistrates in any burgh or town in Scotland, to act as justices of the peace in the counties in which such chief magistrates may be, ex officio, in the Commission of the Peace.
