Civil list pensions. An estimate of the sum required to provide for the payment of certain salaries, allowances, pensions, and services heretofore paid out of the civil list for England and Ireland, the hereditary revenues of the Crown in Scotland, and the Đ. 4ư per cent. duty, but for which no provision has been made in the civil list of His Present Majesty; from the periods to which the said services were severally last paid, to the 5th day of July 1831.
