Returns of the amount of fees received by the commissioners of bankrupt in London, for the years 1828, 1829 and 1830; of the expenses of the Office of Secretary of Bankrupts, during a similar period, and estimates of the annual amount of fees received by the Commissioners of Bankrupt in London, by the Secretary, by the Patentee of Bankruptcy, and by the messengers, of the expense of assignments and bargains and sales, and of the establishment to be formed under the act to establish a court in bankruptcy; stating the offices proposed to be established and the pay of each.
