Archbishops, &c. A return of the annual revenue of every archbishoprick, bishoprick, archdeaconry, deanery and prebend; and of the sums paid yearly as the tenths of such income; and a return of the sums paid as first fruits on the induction of each of the archbishops, &c., into the First Fruits' and Tenths' Offices, to be applied to the fund of Queen Anne's bounty.
